This location makes up for the shortcomings concerning deliver issues that surface at the Merivale location. Since I started ordering specifically from this location, although it takes slightly longer to deliver due to distance, my order has always been right, hot, and within the estimated time provided.

I am not sure what is going on in this location, I stop in every so often for lunch or on my home from work. My last 2 trips (including today) they screwed up my order. I order a boneless box combo which is supposed to come with the boneless strips, fries, popcorn chicken, salad and drink.
As I always take to go, I don't find out till I get home or back to work which is too late. The last time they forgot the popcorn chicken, and this time they forgot the salad....they even asked me what type of salad I wanted.
I'd give less stars but the star is nice, too bad they can't seem to get an order right. And it's not busy by any means. Just no excuse for it, other than incompetence. -

Excellent atmosphere and friendly staff that know what customer service is. Stopped in to use a coupon. The first bite reminded me why I don't eat KFC very often.
